Rhonda is the founder and creative force behind Harper James Design Build, a premier home design and construction firm based in Central Texas. With an innate sense of style and a lifelong passion for interior design, Rhonda made a bold career transition a decade ago—retiring from her successful career as a hairstylist and salon owner to pursue her dream of designing and building custom homes.

What began as a personal passion quickly evolved into a full-fledged business. Rhonda immersed herself in the world of architecture, design, and construction, eventually leading her to build her own homes and, later, custom luxury residences for clients across Central Texas. Her meticulous attention to detail, combined with her deep understanding of aesthetic balance and functionality, has earned her a reputation for crafting stunning, livable spaces tailored to each client’s unique vision.

Raised in Central Texas, Rhonda has strong ties to the community and a deep appreciation for the region’s architectural heritage.
